The Founder

Over the past 18 years Vianne has particularly focused on the Construction Industry due to her father being a concreter and extended family being builders – so her knowledge of the entire construction process including all accounting processes from preliminaries through to practical completion stood her in good stead to be the best choice to look after construction and trades businesses.

Then as she expanded her business through referrals and word of mouth, she brought on other BAS Agents so AVH quickly adapted and expanded to incorporate other industries to include the team’s expertise including Retail, Tourism, Accommodation, Labour Hire, Hospitality, Mining, Medical, Event Management, Agriculture, Thoroughbred Horse Racing and so many more!
